International Women’s Day is celebrated every year on March 8th. It continues to be a vehicle geared towards positive change. It is a global day that highlights and encourages the celebration of the social, economic, political and cultural achievements of women across the globe while also striving to promote gender balance everywhere.

 

A balanced world is a better world. It is said, that gender balance is an essential tool in the development and prosperity of economies and communities. The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission continues to promote women empowerment as well as challenge others to do their part in the fight to achieving a #BalanceforBetter world.
